OSTools Terms of Use

OSCharacter, OSReferee, and OSTools for Mac are tabletop game aids. You are responsible for the characters, campaigns, images, notes, and other material you create or share. You must not use the apps or connected campaign tools for unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Local And Connected Data

Local app data remains under your control. Connected campaigns use Apple CloudKit. Campaign owners control their invitations, shared campaign rules, player access, approvals, and authoritative campaign records. Players are responsible for reviewing a campaign's rules before submitting a character.

Cloud synchronization and connected play depend on the availability of your Apple iCloud account and Apple's services. You should retain local recovery backups for important campaign data.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. The one-time $4.99 OSReferee Premium upgrade unlocks unlimited local capacity in both OSReferee and OSTools for Mac through Universal Purchase. OSTools Pro is a separate $5.99 monthly subscription that unlocks connected campaign tools in both versions and renews unless cancelled through your Apple account settings.

OSCharacter purchases remain separate unless the applicable App Store listing says otherwise. Current price, tax, trial, renewal, refund, and regional availability information shown by Apple at purchase time controls if it differs from this page.

Availability And Warranty

The apps and connected features are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Features may change to improve reliability, security, platform compatibility, or game-table usability. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
